PastorPhil Carey is a 1967 Graduate of Gloversville High School, and a 3 year Graduate of the SMTI Ministry Training Institute of Midland MI. He has received Diplomas from Gloversville High School and the SMTI Institute. Pastor Phil also holds diplomas from the "Word of Faith" Bible Institute of Dallas, Texas, and from the "World Outreach Bible School" from Golden State University, California. He is the Senior Pastor of Believers' Fellowship Center where he has been in the ministry for 25 years.
